It wouldn't make sense that it's the first option, as it clearly shows in the image that there were multiple gods being worshipped.
The third option is eliminated because the image has nothing to do with sculptures and the fourth option is completely out of context
So I agree with @ZoeyBiocth16 B.) seems like the most accurate choice.
