If I were to make educated guesses though, I'd say #1 is Human rights, #2 is, possibly, citizenship, Speech and the right to assemble I'd say for #3, on #4 it'd be Libel and Slander, #5 there were 2 or 3 supreme court cases on this unbelievably but the answer ought to be Texas V. Johnson.
