1. People may think issues in a fiction book would never happen in real life. That its fiction nothing in this is real. Well actually Fiction books can and sometimes does use real problems that you would find in the real world. Here are some examples of what those might be and how it affects us in the U.S and other countries. In the Novel Ender’s Game The author mentions a lot of issues that equal to child labor throughout the story. For example he talks about a 6 year old boy who was put into a military battle school for about 10 years so he can become a solider to save humanity from the buggers (the alien bad guys). This is an issue here in the U.S and In other countries such as Eritrea who is also the number one ranked country to have child labor issues. The Human rights issue in my book relates to the real life issue of child labor in the U.S and Eritrea, these are the similarities. Ender’s was a 6 year old boy who was put into a Military battle school, Eritrea Takes little kids such as 6 year olds and forces them to participate in compulsory military training programs so they can become trained soldiers. Ender’s Game was a incredible book, the action and story line was great and the issues the author added gave a great touch. In this book a 6 year old boy named Ender got into a fight with a school bully stilson because stilson was making fun of him for being a third and pushing him around and making his “buddies” hold ender so he can harm him. Which ended up making Ender’s mad and in result made him physically harm Stilson. After this incident the military recruiters went to Enders house and asked Enders to join them because they wanted Enders and saw something special in him. Colonel Graff was the recruiter that came to get Ender’s he explained “if you come with me, you won’t be back here for a long time. There aren’t any vacations from Battle School. No visitors, either. A full course of training lasts until you’re sixteen years old—you get your first leave, under certain circumstances, when you’re twelve. This shows the child labor issue early in the story because Ender’s is a 6 year old boy who is being put in the military. This makes It where he is not able to see his family for 10 years meaning he won’t be back until he is 16 this is a huge problem to the family and Ender’s himself. Once Ender’s got to the launch colonel Graff made ender’s sound like a big shot which in return made everyone hate him and want to beat him. When Graff said this he told Ender’s “There's only one thing that will make them stop hating you. And that's being so good at what you do that they can't ignore you. I told them you were the best. Now you damn well better be." Meaning you better prove im right or you will be sorry which another human rights issue is. Though No one saw anything in Ender’s they just saw a little kid that was getting to overconfident. There was one person who saw something in Ender’s and that was Colonel Hyrum Graff who has been there for Ender’s since the beginning and Watched over him as he grew and became stronger and smarter. During this whole time of Ender being sent away to a battle school to become a military soldier. He isn’t allowed to send his family letters or get any from his family. This is another Human rights issue because they are taking away his freedom of expression and speech. He’s not allowed to express himself and cry when he is hurt nor is he allowed to have the freedom of speech and talk freely with his family even though His family missed him a lot, but as time went by they went from missing him a lot and writing him a letter every two days to once a week to eventually never. The Author explains how “No letters had ever come, and as far as they knew their own letters had never reached him. When he first was taken, Father and Mother sat at the table and keyed in long letters to him every few days. Soon, though, it was once a week, and when no answers came, once a month.” The author explains how because the military school didn’t allow letters to come or go that the parents thought there child had died. This actually takes away his Right to public assembly meaning his right to meet friends and see family has been taken away. That’s 3-4 Human right issue’s that have been found in the story so far. Though everyone thought he was dead his sister Valentine was the only one who had hope he would come back. Even though she felt he passed away she kept it in her heart to keep sending messages and celebrating his birthday for one day he will come back like nothing happened. Throughout this book there are a lot of human rights issue’s. Another one that I found was The Right to Education. All throughout the book they are constantly training in a game, simulator or real life. All Ender’s wants to do is study half the time while everyone else is busy training. This School doesn’t care about IQ they just care about strength and strategy. This is a violation of The right to have a education because they are denying Ender’s an education by making him train and become a soldier. Ender’s has always gotten himself into fights. Either in Elementary school or the Military battle school Ender’s is always finding himself in one. When he first got into a fight with Stilson, Stilson Started the fight with Enders by calling him a third and pushing him and holding him while they punch but once they let go of him. Ender kicked out high and hard, catching Stilson square in the breastbone which made him drop to the ground. This pretty much happened in the launch on the way to the battle school. A Boy behind Ender’s named Bernard kept hitting ender’s in the back of the head which hurt ender’s. He waited until he thought another blow was about to come. It hurt, but Ender wanted it to stop so ender reached up with both hands, snatched the boy by the wrist, and then pulled down on the arm, hard. He hadn’t realized how null gravity magnified the effects of even a child’s movements. The boy sailed through the air, bouncing against the ceiling, then down against another boy in his seat this ended up breaking his arm and making Ender look like the bad guy luckily Bernard didn’t tell on Enders cause he wanted revenge. But instead Ender’s played him throughout the time they were in the same team. Therefore Ender’s Game has Lots of Human rights issue’s you just have to find them hidden deep in the story. This book shows lots of child labor issues but it also shows a lot of other human rights issues that you wouldn’t expect the author to add to a fiction story. These Human rights issues maybe bad in the real life but in this book these issues add a story and detail that makes the book more intriguing and interesting on how they solve these issues. So when reading this book keep in mind the issues the author adds and how he makes the character deal with them and become wiser and stronger because of them.

o0o thank yew so much i seriously dont know how you can do that yew so magical cx
I forgot the comma after `Therefore` in the last paragraph. Fun fact: Fictional stories that have a chance to happen in the real world is called `science fiction`. c'x Note: You repeated yourself throughout the assignment. e.e
i know but the assignment is about the human rights issues in the story so i tried to fit multiple in the essay but ended up repeating my self once or twice
When Odysseus gives Polyphemus his real name, why does this cause trouble? It allows the other Cyclopes to help track him down. He slows down to yell to Polyphemus and thus, his crewmen are killed. It allows Polyphemus to curse Odysseus. It doesn't cause trouble; it just illustrates how proud Odysseus is.
@nehelpplease please refrain from posting your question in the post of others. On the left, you will see multiple questions. Above those questions, you should see a box that says `Ask a question...`, insert your question, select a subject related to your question, and don't forget to post. Once that is complete, be patient and someone will be there to help you soon.
@Elsa213 quick question e.e what are transitions again?
