To help divide a group into 4 teams, the teacher brought out a bag with equal numbers of 4 different colored popsicle sticks (green, yellow, blue, and red). With 28 students randomly picking a stick, what is the probability that the first stick drawn will be green? 0.036 0.143 0.250 0.571

would it be the 3rd option?

Hero:

Give me a few ...

Hero:

Yeah, the answer is looking like 1/4 because there are 28 students and we'll just assume 7 green sticks (they didn't say how many actual sticks, just an equal number of each kind of stick) so if we assume 7 sticks per color, the probability of choosing green on the first try is 7/28 = 1/4
