It’s not a bad start but I would probably work on - adding variety in line width (generally thicker outlines to help define places where the subject has more depth, and to emphasize where the shadows are) - shading on the hair. You don’t have to define every single strand but I would study how hair tends to bunch up and reflect light - adjustments to the anatomy, for example, since your subject is facing straight forward and doesn’t have long hair his ears should be more prominent than you’ve drawn them You haven’t drawn any indications of clothing so you might want to either indicate where the neck of his shirt is, or, if it’s a low cut top, indicate definition in the neck area like an Adam’s apple, collarbones, etc.
