Vocaloid:

from the top of my head I'm thinking borderline or bipolar but I'd have to review the symptoms a bit more

Vocaloid:

jumping from relationship to relationship, mood swings sound more like borderline, but going from high-productivity to dropping out sounds more like manic behavior tbh

zarkam21:

yes i was thinking bipolar as well im just looking over bipolar in my textbook

Vocaloid:

the only issue I might see is that bipolar disorder is accompanied by periods of depression which is not really described here

Vocaloid:

@shadow if you're up for some armchair psychology would you mind taking a look at this when you get a chance

zarkam21:

zarkam21:

zarkam21:

so looking from this I think it may be borderline personality disorder because you are unstable of yourself

Vocaloid:

yeah I think borderline is a better fit

zarkam21:

i can't grasp my hands around this

zarkam21:

it may be dissociative identity disorder

Vocaloid:

uh I'll describe what I saw in the video > verbal tics > hallucinations > de-personalizations > delusional thinking

zarkam21:

schizophrenia

Vocaloid:

yeah that's what I was thinking too

zarkam21:

but her changing personalities is that part of schizophrenia

zarkam21:

because didnt she become like someone else

Vocaloid:

hm

zarkam21:

i mean im not sure so im asking you lol so whateber you think is best i mean we can work through it what do you think

Vocaloid:

https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/dissociative-disorders/symptoms-causes/syc-20355215 some sort of dissociative identity disorder maybe?

zarkam21:

yeah um

zarkam21:

zarkam21:

Vocaloid:

hm I don't think this is a good example, but judging by his exaggerated movements and dramatic behavior I'm leaning towards histrionic

Vocaloid:

hm. honestly having a hard time understanding what she's saying.

Vocaloid:

ok on listening to it a second time here's what I hear > "I have kryptonite in me" --> delusional thinking? > shifting from topic to topic

Vocaloid:

any ideas based on that?

zarkam21:

schiz?

Vocaloid:

possibly, if we want to go less severe we might choose schizotypal instead

zarkam21:

is it the same

Vocaloid:

schizotypal and schizophrenia are different diagnoses, schizophrenia is more severe |dw:1547250117846:dw|

zarkam21:

so is this case schizotypal

Vocaloid:

honestly both could apply here (I kind of hate these types of questions because there's not a lot to go off of) but her appearance and behavior is more in line with a milder diagnosis of schizotypal

zarkam21:

a symptom ? unclear thoughts?

Vocaloid:

symptoms of schizotypal? strange thoughts, being unkempt, strange speech mannerisms, being suspicious of others, unusual emotional responses which are all things we see in that clip https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/schizotypal-personality-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20353919
