(I think this is self explanatory) Okay so the order is separated into 2 separate numbers, row and column (the number in red is the row) (the number in blue is the column) The first one has 1 in red because it is the first row The second one has 2 in red because it is the second row (and so on...) The blue numbers are the order in which they appear, first number in the row is the first number, the second number in the row is the second... The question is asking which is the a\(_{32}\) number Relating back to what I showed, we want to get the number in the third row and the 2nd number in that row
