zeinananan:

Use your equations from Lesson 1 for the Brick Candle and the Egyptian Pyramid Candle to create a graph of two polynomial functions so that you can compare volumes for different values of x. Compare the volumes. (the two equations are x^3-x^2 and 7x^2

jhonyy9:

any idea ?

Mercury:

start by graphing the two polynomials. if you graph correctly, you'll notice that there's a certain x-interval where one polynomial is higher than the other, and another x-interval where they swap, and the other becomes higher. take a note of what these intervals are and when the brick vs. egyptian candle has a larger volume.
