Ok, so what I have gathered is that the us has only been in serious conflict with Afghanistan, whilst it led an intervention in Syria that conflict was rather small compared to the one in Afghanistan. There were also a few "little" skirmished in the other two countries but nothing to note, because we are looking for somewhere that has had lots of war and a place the us has intervened, our only option of the choices listed above would be Afghanistan.
