Fun fact: In 2007 someone in China fell and broke her bone. A bystander helped her to a hospital and the person that fell sued the bystander for "causing her to fall" and demand she pay her medical bills.

The court said "no one would in good conscience help someone unless they felt guilty" so they declared that bystander guilty and had to pay the bills.
