i think in A and D these sentences not are combined nothing bc. there are two sentences too same with orogine in the C i think this word ,,so" this is very important in combination of theses two sentences
I think B is right. If I'm not mistaken the semicolon (;) means you don't need a conjunction. If it were a comma (,) instead, I would agree that C is the best choice. But since it's a semicolon, I'd agree with Bill and say B is right.
