Okay not sure if there are multiple choice for this but uh when you have HIV, you'll likely get sick much more often and are not able to get cured of them.

HIV is basically weakening your whole immune system to a point where the body cannot control anything or defend against anything. The issue with that is that because it weakens immune systems, it can easily spread open systems to the body
