The sphere of human influence is relatively beyond the borders of our atmosphere. If humans simply weren’t never here, Earth would obviously lack all human infrastructure and remains. No cities and no bones. If Earth were not here, this would change the position of the other planets slightly since gravity is a universal force (although weak). Also, humankind sent out the Voyager craft to make contact with another civilization. Perhaps in this scenario, the civilization that the Voyager eventually reaches would never come. Additionally, all of the stuff we sent up into space wouldn’t be there, such as Elon Musk’s car.
