mystic:

What northern group was compared to southern slaves? Northern farmers Those in small villages that worked the land Factory laborers City dwellers in cramped conditions

umm:

Welcome to QuestionCove. Any ideas/guesses?

Bob:

take a shot every time i asked "Any ideas ?" on openstudy

lowkey:

Let's go by option southern slaves lived a sad life where they had poor working conditions and unfair rules because of the white rulers. 1.northern farmers actually lived a good life because they had their own land and could take care of it their own way. 2. small villages who worked the land is a little irrelevant, they didn't live a bad life 3. factories had bad working conditions as well as poor wages and working hours 4. city dwellers can't really be compared with slaves tbh

Bob:

"white rulers" lol

Bob:

i see your lowkey answer tho

Bob:

don't factory laborers get payed though as compared to slaves

Bob:

question doesn't say unfair working conditions, just says compared to

lowkey:
