put a cardboard box inside another cardboard box
line the inside of the smaller box with black constuction paper (to absorb heat)
cover each side of the cardboard with foil
attach each reflector (foil) to the top of one side of the box
put each reflector at a 45 degree angle
put the box in the sun put the food in the box and let it cook
