If microwave radiation in the universe were visible, it would be bright and astonishingly uniform. How does this support the Big Bang theory?

https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/what-is-the-cosmic-microw/ It seems to me that microwave radiation is one of the residual elements coming out of the Big Bang itself. Thus if it were visible, we would see evidence of the Big Bang all over, in plain view.
