rootbeer003:

Has anybody read The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe?

rootbeer003:

If so, what would you say the stanza formation is?

Valirium:

Is this multiple choice, or just the question of formation?

rootbeer003:

I just write my own answer

Valirium:

Well, mainly at the end of the 2nd, 4th, 5th & 6th lines in each stanza, they rhyme, along with the middle in the first & third lines. The first & third lines of each stanza have about 16 syllables each, while the other lines are shorter. Assuming this is what you mean ._. There's probably more but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

rootbeer003:

I think that's what stanza formation means

rootbeer003:

I myself, was confused on what to put, but that is good

rootbeer003:

Now i have to do that for Tell- Tale heart (:...

Valirium:

Oh, am I doing this on the same question, or? xD

rootbeer003:

Tell- tale heart doesn't even look like a poem so like

rootbeer003:

idk

Valirium:

No clue about that one LOL If you don't have a certain period of time to complete this in, I'm sure @Shadow or someone else could help. (:

rootbeer003:

@Shadow

Shadow:

Moved to English

Shadow:

I don't envy you. These weren't fun for me in freshman year nor AP Lit...hmm

Shadow:

Is this multiple choice or fill in the blank?

rootbeer003:

Fill in the blank

Shadow:

Oof

rootbeer003:

It's not even in a form of a poem

Valirium:

It's literally a short story so I was confused at what to write ;c

Shadow:

Same..

rootbeer003:

I'll just say its in short story formation lol

Shadow:

mhm sorry, not my forte (:
