Those triangles on the sides tell us that the opposite sides are parallel to each other. Two sets of parallel lines makes this a parallelogram. This means that we can apply the rule that: consecutive angles in a parallelogram are supplementary. Therefore: \[M + J = 180 \]

Simply apply algebra from here and you are good to go.
