https://chooseveg.com/blog/30-vegan-dinners-in-30-minutes-or-less/ ye i get i hate cooking, i almost burned the house down making macaroni and cheese, which you cant make cause youre vegan

lowkey:

google's your best friend, try it sometime

Shadow:

This was at first a joke but is actually legit. Just find some vegetables and fruit then try them out. It is technically vegan but likely not what you considered. The value in this though actually resides in first trying out vegan components and see what you like. Then from there you can get a taste of for modifying some of your current recipes or ideas for new ones. If you are foreign to a realm of recipes though, quinoa is an excellent vegan food that I just had this morning with some broccoli. Season it right and it make for an excellent meal.

Shadow:

I did have it along with some fish but...I can't deny I love being an omnivore.

Shadow:

The brand is Seeds of Change. I am sure if you ask a representative at the store they'll let you know if you have it. Also, if you don't mind me asking, why the vegan diet? People have a variety of reasons in my experience, thus I am just wondering..

lowkey:

Don't butt in this very innocent user's life.

Mal87:

I just wanted something healthier and my friend became a vegan a few months ago and said she feels really happy and full of energy. So I figured to give it a try so far it is okay I just eat a lot of the same foods. Lol

Shadow:

It is certainly a healthy diet but there are many common nutrients that are found in animals that are not in many plants. It's a diet that humans haven't been particularly accustomed to in the modern world but it is gaining some ground. I'd recommend doing research on vegan meals that fulfill all of your dietary needs so you don't end up being deficient in something, if you plan on sticking to it. Also, you should ask your friend why she became a vegan. Some do it because of global warming, not harming animals, overuse of land, etc.

She did it for not harming animals I asked her why also she was kind of overweight so she wanted to be healthy.
