To judge is to form an opinion or conclusion about something, so technically, yes. Whilst I am not a Catholic, I am well informed on the conclusion they have on those of homosexuality. In accordance with the Bible, God loves everyone. As a result, a Catholic will express love towards everyone, even homosexuals. This does contrast with the judgement of God, that homosexuality is a sin. Although God does not hate those who commit sin, but only sin itself. Therefore it is not right for Catholic to hate a homosexual for their sexuality, as in accordance with their teachings.
