Tips on how to get efficient reading done. I get distracted so fast and have to read something at least 2-3 times before understanding.

If you are extroverted, I’ve found nonlyrical music to help zone me in. If you are introverted, go for silence. No distractions, be comfortable and hydrated. Good lighting is important. Just try to get away from everything if distractions is a big thing for you.

This is actually a serious thing. I am a good student and very studious. But, since my major is psychology, I have to read ALOT. It takes me about 3-4 hrs to read about 20 pages because I get so distracted and just want to read through something and understand what I am reading. I want to get good at reading as this is a struggle for me.

Take breaks. Maybe five minutes every half an hour or so. People have attention spans only so long.
