Thoughts on my intro. Please leave any criticism: T.S. Eliot once said, “ Most of the evil in this world is done by people with good intentions.” This is correct in Julius Caesar by Shakespeare. Brutus murdered his best friend, which he knew he was betraying his good friend. He felt so guilty afterward, his friend’s ghost followed him. Although, people might say that Brutus was a patriot because he believed that he was doing the best thing for Rome, even if it meant killing his own friend. However, murder is murder and treason is treason. By the definition of treason, any person who commits treason is in law known as a traitor. Brutus was a betrayer, not a patriot.

Shadow:

"is in law known as a traitor" -> is known to law as a traitor

Shadow:

"Brutus murdered his best friend, which he knew he was betraying his good friend."-> Brutus murdered his best friend, knowing he had betrayed someone good to him. -Removing the repetition of friend -Smoothing out the transition between clauses.

Okay, thank you!
