leynimode:

Two angles are supplementary. One angle measures 2x, and the other angle measures 3x - 15°. What is the measure of the larger angle?

jhonyy9:

do you know what mean supplementary angles ?

Mercury:

old question but will answer so this can be closed supplementary --> angles that add up to 180 so 2x + (3x-15) = 180, solve for x first ***however*** is asking for the value of the larger angle, so you have to plug x back into 2x and 3x-15 to see which angle is larger
