So judging by the rest of the sentence, we can see the person is talking about themself, concerning another person. "Por Supuesto" would work if there was a comma, same with "Por lo tanto".
Eiwoh2:
The one that could work with the sentence without a comma would be "Por mi parte". "As for me I didnt believe him."
