Bc I totally exercised in the last 3 years

Ive only ran a few times in the last couple years because I cant really take it
It only starts off that way. Keep running and you'll get better. Don't forget to drink plenty water, eat plenty fruits and veggies.

uh well ok I'll just attempt a solution so this can be closed it's generally recommended to have a short warm-up (to increase your cardiovascular activity from rest) and a short cool-down after exercising (to return to rest) instead of just jumping straight into the workout and straight out of the workout
