after some deliberation, I've come to the conclusion that the entire sentence is in fact the main clause if we assume that "Have you seen my textbook" is the main clause, that would imply that "Rafael" is a subordinate clause, participle phrase, or prepositional phrase, but "Rafael" does not fit into this description
