A supervisor finds the mean number of miles that the employees in a department live from work. He finds mc020-1.jpg and mc020-2.jpg. Which mileage is within a z-score of 1.5?

i'm guessing that the missing jpgs are your mean and SD? in that case, "within a z-score of 1.5" means that the score cannot be higher than (mean + 1.5SD) or lower than (mean - 1.5SD) simply calculate mean + 1.5 SD and mean - 1.5SD to calculate your upper and lower bounds, then see which mileage is within the bounds
