i'm guessing that the missing jpgs are your mean and SD?

in that case, "within a z-score of 1.5" means that the score cannot be higher than (mean + 1.5SD) or lower than (mean - 1.5SD)

simply calculate mean + 1.5 SD and mean - 1.5SD to calculate your upper and lower bounds, then see which mileage is within the bounds
