(Feel free to give advice/ Suggestions) I'm bored so I'mma try to write a story.

I was awoken by a sound, I got up and looked around my house, I didn't find anything. I heard the noise again coming from my kitchen, it was more like a scratching noise, I looked down on the kitchen floor and saw a puppy. I have no clue where this puppy came from, I checked the front door and notice it was cracked open a bit, I looked around outside but, didn't see anything, I went back over to the puppy and I saw a note, the note said "please take care" the note didn't tell me who left the puppy here but, I did as the note asked. I went out and bought some food and a nice bed for the puppy, I named him Cuddles. 3 days later I got a letter in the mail asking if I'm happy with the puppy, at that moment I found out who the puppy is from, the puppy is from my aunt I haven't seen in years, she's in town for a visit, she left her phone number. Later that night I called her number and we set up a dinner date to catch up on what we've been missing out on in each others lives. Sadly in the conversation she said she had an illness and only had a week left to live, she wanted to spend that last week with me. In that week we went Bowling, scuba diving, hiking, sailing, and we went to the carnival. She said she had lots of fun and she couldn't have spent her last week any better. The next day I got a call saying my aunt was in the hospital, I went to go visit, I was talking to the doctors and they said the strange illness was gone, it was a miracle, my aunt was going to be okay, the doctors has no clue what had happened, the illness disappearing was unexplainable. After that my aunt and I went traveling, took lots of vacations, and had lost of fun going to carnivals but, our favorite thing to do together was care for our dog Cuddles together as a bonding moment.

I would start it with you hereing scratching at the door and you open it to find the puppy. How did the puupy get in the house if you hadnt seen your aunt for years?
