Cupcake123456:

One way in which elements differ from each other is the structure of the electron cloud in each element’s atoms. In an electron cloud, an electron that is farther away from the nucleus has a greater charge than an electron near the nucleus. a smaller charge than an electron near the nucleus a higher energy than an electron near the nucleus. a lower energy than an electron near the nucleus.

Brandon0704:

The answer for that one is C.

Cupcake123456:

ur guessing?

Brandon0704:

No That is the Answer!!!!

Cupcake123456:

can u explain y ?

Brandon0704:

In an electron cloud, an electron that is farther away from the nucleus has a higher energy than an electron near the nucleus. Since these electrons are from the nucleus, then they are not stable and contains a lot of energy as they are moving very fast in order to achieve stability.
