Given that this passage only includes some dialogue and a description of the action taking place, you can eliminate the answer choices that include "thoughts" (B) and "viewpoint" (A). Also, the "actions" part of it does not reflect anything about consideration of someone else's feelings, therefore you can also eliminate (A).
