#1s answer is high;y likely C as Jefferson was a huge supporter of the limited power of the national government. #2 The Louisiana territory, though big, did not extend the US to the Pacific, was not divided into states, and was larger than the original states so which is it? #3 the answer is B as Marbury vs Madison ended with the ruling that the supreme court could refuse laws enacted by Congress that conflicted with the constitution.
