What is one pro and one con of using the reverse adapter ring?

For pro, haing a reverse adapter would be most likely used for if you're a beginner at photography and if you're relying on cheaper products, such as magnifying lens. In my own opinion, having a reverse adapter would most likely be used for when you're a beginner. 
Cons, it works for any camera, but most likely the cheaper ranged ones since of course using a higher one will have a higher range of quality as well as multiple lens for it. Therfore, it would still work, but not as well as you would with cheaper versions.
