Question

Added more to my story. Not finished still. (Feel free to give advice.)

I woke up for school, got dressed and ate breakfast, it was the first day of Senior year and I can’t wait for the first day because, I found out that my crush, Raphiel is in one of my classes, I saw he posted his schedule in a Facebook post to find out if anyone is in his classes he knew and I was afraid to reply I’m in his 3rd hour. I knew Raphiel for about a year now and I have no clue if he likes me just as much as I like him, I’ve tried telling him my feelings but, I just get too nervous, what if he doesn’t like me back? I’ll be heart broken. Sometimes I feel like I shouldn’t, I don’t want to ruin our friendship, I enjoy talking to him, he is so easy to talk to, I tell him literally everything, he’s like a best friend, that’s why I’m afraid to tell him my true feelings, I don’t want to ruin what we already have. I got in my car which is a shiny red Chevy Impala and I drove straight to school, I was so excited and nervous to see Raphiel. I got through my first and second hour classes, my teachers were just explaining the rules and what we were doing for the year and I saw a few people I knew, it was time for 3rd hour, the only class I have with Raphiel. I found a seat towards the middle of the classroom, I seen Raphiel hasn’t made it in yet, class was about to start and at the last minute Raphiel walked in, the only seat left was in front of me, Raphiel took the seat, he saw me and we talked about what we did during the summer, before I knew it 3rd hour was over, I listened to my teachers explain everything in the rest of my hours and drove home.

I was getting ready for bed when Raphiel texted me, we talked up until 11:30 and we both went to bed, while we were texting we made plans to see a new movie coming out this weekend we both really wanted to see, it was a friend date, nothing more, I ached for it to be something more, I was considering asking if it could be something more but, I froze up and left it as is, it was probably for the best. I was so nervous for the movie date this weekend but, I felt like with all this nervousness I have I’m just over reacting. I woke up for school and did my usual routine, I did some work today in my classes, I’m an average A and B student so the work was pretty easy for me, the next thing I knew it was 3rd hour. The teacher for mt 3rd hour class announced she is making a seating chart ordering us by our last names so she can start learning our names, that was easier for her, the seating chart was temporary, I was sad I won’t be able to sit as close to Raphiel as I wanted. She was a new teacher names Mrs. Abraham, she was recently married and moved down here with her husband then, she got this job. In the seating chart I was near the front because my last name starts with “D” for Delaney and he was towards the back because his starts with “J” for Jacobs but, it’s fine, we can always talk outside of school so I wasn’t that upset about it. The week went on as usual, nothing really changed but, the next thing I knew it was time for our movie date. We paid for our tickets and got a seat in the middle of the theatre, half way through the movie Raphiel put his arm around me and my heart started beating so fast I felt like it was going to explode, in this moment I felt like he likes me back and maybe this is his way of telling me he does. Before I knew it the movie was over and I was on my way back home, Raphiel drove me to the movie and then took me back home, oh wait, did I mention that Raphiel live 4 houses away from me? Yeah, I walked to his house and he took me to the movie, I would’ve drove myself but, I never been to the movie theater before and didn’t know which road it was on, I also forgot to mention my name is Sophie. When I got home I decided to apply to a college, I looked through colleges until It was time for me to go to bed.

It was second semester of my senior year and I decided I wanted to go to a college a stare away that sounded pretty good, I heard they have a good art program and becoming an artist has been my dream since forever. Nothing much happened in first semester between me and Raphiel after that movie date, after that we kind of occasionally talked about normal stuff we usually talk about and my grades a perfect right now. Raphael has a low grade in Chemistry and decided to ask me to tutor him so he doesn't fail and have to retake the class. I agreed to help him of course! I was excited to help him! We agreed to go over to each other's houses right after school so we have plenty of time, in that time I really wish I will have the courage to tell him how I feel about him and if he feels the same way, maybe we’ll be more than friends after the tutoring session I hope. About a month into the tutoring session I decided I’m going to tell Raphiel how I feel, that day after we finished I told him I wanted to talk to him about something and he was open to sticking around a little while longer. I finally said “I have feeling for you, I have for a while but, I was too afraid to tell you mostly because, I didn’t want to ruin our friendship.” I have never been so nervous in my life while saying and after saying those words. He responded back with “It’s fine, I know you do, I have feelings for you too and don’t worry, this isn’t going to ruin what we have” He said with a cute smile and giggle. I smiled back excitedly, then we started talking about the future, I told him what college I was going to and he said he’s going to stay here for community college, I was shocked when I found out we were going to different colleges. Raphiel told me not to worry, after we were done with college we can get back to each other and start a relationship.

A few years I graduated from college, so did Raphiel, I called him and we set up a date, things were feeling weird and then he told me he found a good job and an apartment, he asked me to move in with him. I told him it's a little soon for that and we should make up the time we were apart, after a month we started dating again, things felt just like they did in high school, I decided to take his offer and move in with him.

1 year later, Raphiel asked me to marry him, I said yes, later we went on our honeymoon.
