This is a very difficult question to answer. The Bill of Rights has a lot in common with all of these documents in that they all declare the basic rights of humanity (with the except of the Articles of Confederation). However, to me, I would say the `the English Bill of Rights of 1689` is most similar to our Bill of Rights, not only in the rights granted, but it was in fact what our very own Bill of Rights was modeled after.
