Along the Path

Along the way in life,
we meet so many people.
Some are good, some bad, some neither,
along the path in life,

They come in, they come out,
some give help, some give pain.
you don’t always know.
They come in, they come out.

Like a break in the clouds,
they give us time to think,
like a lightning storm
they break us down,
like a break in the clouds.

At the end of life,
we can look back and see
the paths we’ve taken
at the end of life.
