renie:

Denise buys a tote bag at a gift shop for $12. The same bag is available at Denise’s pharmacy for 2/3 the price she paid at the gift shop. Let’s say you have enough money to buy 10 bags from the gift shop. How many bags can you buy from the pharmacy with the same amount of money?

any idea ?

Vocaloid:

late response but will respond so this can be closed if she can buy 10 bags at $12 each, then she has 12*10 = $120 the pharmacy price = 2/3 the gift shop price, or (2/3)*12 = $8 divide the total money / the pharmacy price to get the number of bags you can buy from the pharmacy
