Everytime I text someone I have to refresh to see the chat back, and it keeps popping up 'Uh-oh lost connection...trying to recconnect now'

Will be fixed later today, SSL certificate expired for WS, haven't had a chance to replace it yet

A temporary solution is to go to https://questioncove.com:8080/ and then hit "allow anyway" on the security warning, then come back to QC

Happened to me too. I just ignored the alerts. I figured if QC isn't actually down, then it's not down. It doesn't prevent me from replying or navigating the site so I treat it like a false alert.

I mean, I like to be alerted as to problems like this usually so i can more swiftly fix it... But yea, this is why secondary systems are in place
