Exposition essentially introduces the characters, setting, and sometimes signs of the upcoming problem.
rising action generally expands on these characters and introduces the antagonist, the problem, and the efforts of the protagonist to solve it.
the climax is usually when a decision is made by the protagonist that determines the direction of the rest of the story. Iis when all the drama or action reaches its peak.
The falling action is the results of the decision made in the climax. Here the problem begins to close and be resolved, essentialy loose ends begin to close.
the resolution is a completion of the loose ends, basically the resolution is the conclusion.
