Identify the similarities between the human settlement models of Ernest Burgess and Homer Hoyt

JSVSL7:

Hoyt's model is simply an advanced extension of the Burgess' Concentric zone model. The Burgess model and Hoyt's model had the same sections. The CBD was also defined as the center of both models. However, factories, working-class houses, Middle-class houses, and luxury-class housing were placed differently. Commuter zones had more regulations in the Hoyt Model.

JSVSL7:

Also Hoyt's sector model has several counterparts, such as the Asian Urban sector model, the North American Sector Model, the Latin American Sector model, and the Islamic Sector Model.
