I am having trouble determining if its false or true

Careful, it went from 5x + 3 = 7 to 5x + 7 = 7 They aren't the same The second one doesn't seem to be false. \[\neg (\exists x \in A)[P(x)] = (\forall x \in A) \neg [P(x)] \]
