Honestly your mom shouldn't be mad and the guy could get in legal trouble (did he take your permission)? You should tell your mom that he shouldn't have touched you, and you felt uncomfortable. You should also complain it to the police. Sexual assault isn't just a thing for women, men can get sexually assaulted as well.
