katwhirles:

William loves croissants. One day, when he came back from school, he found that the kitchen was filled with the smell of some fresh croissants that his mother had bought at a bakery. As soon as he smelled the croissants, his mouth began watering. Why did his mouth water?

NAGC:

hat do you think it is.

katwhirles:

I think it is that he smelled it then it went to the brain then to his mouth

NAGC:

Our brains subconsciously react to the smell, sight and even thought of food with the increased secretion of saliva

katwhirles:

do you think its right

NAGC:

yes because it comes from the brain because we use saliva to soften the food we eat.

NAGC:

you body makes saliva before you eat

katwhirles:

got it right thank you

NAGC:

yay!!
