Inktober is an art event that occurs each year in October. The challenge is to draw something every day based on a one-word prompt. The main principle is to use ink (both traditional and digital inking methods are acceptable.) You may start with a pencil sketch underneath before inking.

To practice your art, share your work, and get feedback from other people.

\({\bf{Who~can~participate?:}}\)

Everyone from all skill levels is welcome to join.

\({\bf{What~are~the~rules?:}}\)
1. Site rules still apply. Anything inappropriate will be removed.
2. Only post work that you have created. I'm not gonna check like every single piece, but... come on, don't take credit for other people's work, that's not cool.
3. Be respectful to each other. If someone asks for constructive criticism, you are welcome to give your opinion, just don't be a jerk about it.

You are meant to start on October 1st but feel free to look at the prompts early and start brainstorming/sketching.

No worries, you can make it up some other day or just skip that day altogether. This isn't meant to be a chore, just draw whenever you have free time. C:

\({\bf{How~do~I~share~my~art?:}}\) If it's traditional, you can scan it and upload the scan using the attach file button, or host it on an image hosting site or art platform.

You are welcome to share it on this thread, or make a new post in the Art section for it.

one drawing per prompt, per day

for example, October 1st prompt is "ring" so you would post a drawing on October 1st inspired by the prompt ring

then for October 2nd, Mindless, and so on

Lol, I did this wrong but, it's not October yet, I can fix that.. I skimmed through that fast and forgot there were numbers, I was going off memory at the time
