How did you get stuck. The last row should be your second row btw

Basically if you find values that are true for 5|a^2 - 4| then those same values should also be true for 5|a - 2|

isnt a biconditonal true when its F <-> F= True and T <-> T = True ?

Yes, correct. So the values that are false for one expression should also be false for the other

You only needed to show the one counterexample though rather than produce a whole table.
