I have minimal experience in meteorology, but I am leaning to either A or C. Dew point should be low because snow melts quicker in humid air, or where dewpoint is higher. Now, I do not know the specific value, so thus you may need to refer it with a relative humidity chart. Now applying chemistry, I'd go for C because the colder something is, the more reserved the intermolecular forces are within the snow crystals, so C is a good candidate as well. Now again, I'm not sure about the empirical significance here. And logically I'm against D, even though I've never been in a snowball fight. I don't think you can play snowball fight with loosely held snowballs.
