coolbird:

The Coriolis force ________. The Coriolis force ________. decreases as an object moves faster changes the apparent speed that an object is moving is largest at the equator changes the apparent direction that an object is moving is caused by pressure differences from one place to another

JSVSL7:

I remember learning this from several years ago. It's an influential but imaginary deflective force on the wind and ocean currents on earth d/t earth's tilt. As a result, general winds are always angular in the north and south poles. I would remove the very last one about pressure and the largest at the equator. As the latitude decreases to 0 (Equator) the Coriolis effect goes down as well. In fact, during equinox seasons, it's nonexistent. Now I am debating between B and D (apparent speed vs direction). Not sure, but I hope this helps and narrows the options down.
