MLYS2:

akshay:

this is a pretty easy question, just use Jeff Bezos as your example and research some stuff about how he became successful because he is the most successful CEO out there of course

akshay:

Or yeah what slipknot said

MLYS2:

Thank you I appreciate it!

JSVSL7:

When you talk about sucessful CEOs, talk about how they implemented their system to reduce turnout rates, increase employee and customer satisfaction, and also allow the quick progression of economy within the company. Talk mainly about the benefits that the CEOs offered, such as education reimbursements.

JSVSL7:

You got this!!!

MLYS2:

should I change anything before I print it out?

MLYS2:

CEO Requires skill in leadership, because the analysis of the company's CEO when the important and the key to whether or not the company can advance also in view of whether the company's CEO competent or not , and how he analyzed the problem - issue that arise and find solutions to problems that occur . in terms of management skills there are three things to note , first ability to lead both the ability to handle staff and the third how the leader can be firm and fair and make decisions . Jeff Bezos. He is the founder, CEO, and president of Amazon.com, Inc. American businessman who played a key role in e-commerce success as the owner and chief executive of Amazon.com, Inc.,an electronic bookseller and eventually a broad range of products. Through his leadership, Amazon became the World Wide Web's biggest seller and the Internet sales template. Easy-minded. Bezos enjoyed making decisions based on hard data, but when that's not feasible, he trusts in the influence of being "simple minded," focusing on common sense as to what would be in the best interests of his customers. Customers. "Externally oriented, there are multiple ways that are very effective," says Bezos. "You can be customer-focused and competitor-focused," he notes, though, because "many individuals are externally centered, and if they reach critical mass, they could tip the entire business." Time Management. The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is an essential characteristic of efficient project managers. The richest man in the world has no time to waste in talks. That's why he's got his own conference theory to make sure he's managing his energy. Calling it the "two pizza law," Bezos fails to go to meetings if they're too large. How is he calculating this? If two pizzas can't feed a lot of people who are supposed to go to a meeting, then it's too big. Problem Solving. Bezos makes a point to identify that the goal is to find real root causes. This is crucial because you could identify a single root cause of the problem and drastically reduce the occurrences — and yet the problem could continue to return or even intensify if other major causes remain unaffected. But by identifying numerous root causes, you greatly magnify the potential of completely eliminating the problem or at least bringing it to as close to zero as possible. Think Of The Worst Possible Solution, Then Do The Complete Opposite Leadership. Jeff Bezos has a distinctive style of leadership that helps him to switch approaches based on the people he works with. His strong sense of sarcastic humor and outstanding memories help to ease people before he can force them do what he needs them to do. Bezos style of leadership is creating a team of five to seven members who are assertive and provide new ideas of their own instead of a large group. Bezos reputation as an entrepreneurial visionary is coupled with an enthusiastic, even ebullient, public figure. He also shared his appreciation for the risk-taking, and built his business empire on a foundation of experimentation and innovation. Jeff's long-term dream was clearly articulated. He learned how to interact as frequently as possible to both internal and external stakeholders. Bezos also made sure that he had a solid plan. He understood the environment in which he worked and gained an understanding of future trends important to his company. As a chief, he gets attention, whether it's in front of a national television audience or the local community. He rarely misses an opportunity to advertise his company or goods.

JSVSL7:

Amazing job <3 Perfectly written You could also say how he is currently handling Amazon's high employee turnover rate by raising the minimum wage and increasing employment by almost 100 thousand. The minimum wage in Amazon is now much higher than that of Target & Walmart which is boosting his company morale and sector growth (which is already really high given the massive conglomerates). This demonstrates his strategic thinking and shrewdness.

Awwwwww <3 Okay I will mera meethi
