What is the best way to deal with mental heath issues?
1. Accepting that you have a mental health issue makes it worse. Wake up and say "I am not a mental health patient!" Millenials these days like to take advantage of the circulation of knowledge, thus considering them as 'capable' to self diagnose people. This is why studies tend to exaggerate true proportions of mentally ill people, specifically youth. If it was THAT easy, there wouldn't be a constantly-being updated DSM for mental illness and a whole schooling for psychiatry and psychology. 2. Go out and do something new -play sports. It increases endorphin and oxytocin, making you happier -volunteer - it increases dopamine and oxytocin, more happy hormones and gives us that 'warm' feeling in our heart. -leave social media and relationships that pressure you 3. Better diet - less junk food and no smoking
its my family putting too much pressure on me
I play sports too
Be sure to eat sugar, but in moderation and fruit sugar, not the processed synthetic ones. Sugar is important in keeping us happy, but obtain it the right way
All families place pressure on each other, that's why it's a family. Unless it is abusive, think in the 'gestalt' method. That means, look at everything from the big picture.
they get. on to me for having a 98% grade in math
I get that they're too significant, but understand the underlying meaning. They are on you because they care about you. If it is too much, talk to them calmly about it.
I tried
they didn't care
If you want to get work done, always excavate the fundamentals. That means, ask them why are they so picky about your grade. Talk them through. Usually, people understand their mistakes by breaking down each thing they did and analyzing it fully.
there's nothing wrong tho they prolly don't want me to turn out like my brother.
If you ever are impacted due to relation issues regardless of the cause, always understand the behavior of human nature. Recall that the human mind is not straightforward and rather grievous. Think how the other person would think.
so my brother failed and In the streets so they're making sure im successful
