How would you guys warm yourself up without AC?

It's getting colder here and staying under the bedcovers makes me more lazy.

well I just would either wear sweatpants and hoodies and warm clothes or what I do sometimes, use hairdryers lmao I know it sounds dumb but they can be pretty warm.

I do not have hairdryers but I do have a fan. I'm actually wearing hooded jackets before I go to sleep.
