For the first one you want to say something along the lines of
1. `Hey! How are you?`
2. `Yo vivo en`
3. (I am not sure what words you have learned in the unit), you should write it something like: `Yo [er/ir word]`
4. `Yo no [er/ir word]`
5. `Yo estudio a las 6:30 (or seis y media) de la noche`

Well because fantasy is more or less describing the book you would include it after

"En un día normal, yo leo libros de fantasía por las tardes."
`en` to `por` you don't really have to change but I changed it because it sounds more appropriate (in the afternoons vs. during the afternoon)

Oh on word you can just add it by going to Insert -> Special Character

and look for the letter (this isn't time effective but you can just copy-paste the letter with the accent once you have it)
